are two options for the conference: Howard Plaza Hotel and
Guest House of Academia Sinica. Please complete the
Hotel Reservation Form online or download the form and send
it back to the Secretariat at +886 2 32783 6444. Incoming
requests will be processed on a first come - first served
basis. It is essential to indicate two optional choices for
hotels and the rate for the above two accommodation is as
follows:

Howard
Plaza: Reservations will only be confirmed if the
credit card guarantee or one-night deposit has been
received.

Guest
House of Academia Sinica: Credit card Guarantee
is not needed in Guest House, but reservation should
be confirmed 2 weeks before your arrival. The
Guest House does not accept credit card but only NT
Dollor.

Confirmation
For Howard
Plaza, you will receive a confirmation of your hotel reservation
with full details of the hotel after the receipt of your hotel
guarantee.
For
Guest House, the Secretariat will issue a confirmation letter
after the receipt of your check-in and check-out date.
Alternations
and Cancellation of Hotel Booking
Alteration requests and cancellations must be made in
writing to the Secretariat before 25th Feb. 2003.
Alteration requests within less than two weeks prior to arrival
should address directly to the hotel. For cancellations after
1st March 2003 or "no-show", the cancellation
charges equal to one-night accommodation fee will be debited
by the hotel.
