Registration for the ISGC 2004 is now open. You can register for the Symposium by filling out the online registration form. Also, you can print out the form and send it through the fax at +886-2-2783-6444. All the registration should not be later than 19th July, 2004.

* To qualify for advance registration discounts your registration form and payment must be received before midnight, Thursday, 10th of July, 2004. Registrations received after 10th of July will be charged late/on-site registration rate. Forms received without payment will not be processed.

 

Student Discounts:

Any full-time students are qualified a 20% discount for registering LCG-Asia Workshop & Symposium. To qualify for discounted registration rate, please fax a copy of a valid full-time student ID along with the registration form to the Secretariat at 886-2-2783-6444.

Payment must accompany all registration forms and can be made by credit card (Master and Visa) or wire transfers.

Confirmation

Only complete and signed registration forms can be accepted. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your successful registration after receipt of the total payment. The confirmation letter must be presented at the registration desk upon arrival. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Jenny Tai (jenny@gate.sinica.edu.tw).

 

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat. 50% of registration fee will be refunded if a written cancellation is made before 19 th July, 2004. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 19 th July, 2004. All refund will be processed after the Symposium is over.
