The iRODS workshop will provide examples of policy-based data management applications that include data sharing, data publication, data preservation, and data processing. We will seek to include presentations from communities using the iRODS policy-based data grid in production environments. For those persons interested in trying the software, we will provide installation guidelines and examples of a variety of user interfaces (from dropbox, to web browser, to workflow engine, to Unix utilities).
