Invitation Letter:

Should you need a invitation letter for visa application purposes, please contact Ms. Catherine Wang.

Confirmation:

Your registration will only be complete when your payment is received. As the signature is required for the credit card payment, you will receive an email requesting for the card holder’s signature. Please sign and send back the signature letter to Ms. Catherine Wang via email (catherine.wang@twgrid.org) or fax (+886-2-27835434). The Final Confirmation Letter will be sent to you by email once your payment is received. Please present the confirmation letter at the registration desk upon arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations and registration fee refund request must be made in writing to the Secretariat before/on 17 February, 2012. Cancellations will not be accepted after 17 February. In addition, all refunds will be processed after the symposium.
