Your registration will only be complete when the payment is received. As the signature is required for the credit card payment, you will receive an email requesting for the card holder’s signature. Please sign and send back the signature letter to Ms. Stella Shen via email ( or fax (+886-2-27835434). The Final Confirmation Letter will be sent to you by email once your payment is received. Please present the confirmation letter at the registration desk upon arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Secretariat before 1 March 2016. No refunds will be made after 1 March 2016. Please note that all refunds will be processed after the symposium.
