Notes for Hotel Reservation:

1.    Reference Exchange Rate USD: TWD = 1:31 as of August 2019.
2.    Reservations are made on first-come-first-served basis. Shuttle bus between designated hotels and venue will be provided.
3.    Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of check in/ out date and credit card guarantee by 15 July 2020. Thereafter, reservations can only be confirmed subject to room availability.
4.    The credit card guarantee is required for Howard Plaza Hotel and Green World Hotel. You will NOT be charged for the hotel fare at this moment. You will be charged by the hotel directly upon check-out.
5.    Please also pay attention to the cancellation policy of each hotel. In the case of no-show, a fee equal to one-night rate will be charged. Notification of hotel cancellation should be sent in writing to the Ms. Stella Shen at stella.shen@twgrid.org .
