Coronavirus 2019-nCoV announcement for ISGC 2020:

The ISGC 2020 will be postponed to the Autumn due to the impact of the coronavirus outbreak in Asia, the future date will be determined. The registration fee already paid and the reservation fee of accommodation reserved through Conference Secretariat will be refunded in full.

Confirmation

Your registration will only be complete when the payment is received. As the signature is required for the credit card payment, you will receive an email requesting for the card holder’s signature. Please sign and send back the signature letter to Ms. Stella Shen via email (stella.shen@twgrid.org) or fax (+886-2-27835434). The Final Confirmation Letter will be sent to you by email once your payment is received. Please present the confirmation letter at the registration desk upon arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Secretariat before 15 February 2020, no refunds will be made afterwards. Please note that all refunds will be processed after the symposium.
